The biggest event of the international athletics calendar this year is the World Championships in Berlin, but to get there British athletes will first have to impress the selectors at the Aviva World Trials and UK Championships in Birmingham, 10th-12th July. Why not go along and watch Britain’s best giving it their all?

The Aviva London Grand Prix will see stars from all over the world meet at Crystal Palace on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th July. It’s a great chance to see the world’s best athletes, from Usain Bolt to our own Christine Ohuruogu, doing battle on our doorstep in one of the last meetings before the Berlin World Championships.

Then, in late August, a host of newly crowned world champions will head directly from Berlin back to the UK for the Aviva British Grand Prix at Gateshead on bank holiday Monday, 31st August. Expect a mood of celebration and even more spectacular performances.
